Refund and Returns Policy

At DegreeThreads.com a division of Saxon Uniform Network, Inc we stand behind what we sell. If you are not satisfied with any stocked unaltered item that you purchase from us, you may EXCHANGE or UPGRADE, within 30 days of your order.

Customized, made-to-measure Regalia and any altered Items are exempt for this exchange/upgrade policy and are only returnable for identical exchange in the case of manufacture defect or damage during transit. if you are not 100% sure about the sizes or colors, please call our customer care team on 412 273 3496 who will be happy to assist.

For your protection, we recommend that you ship back any returns via insured mail or UPS or FedEx . To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to cover against loss, theft or damage during transit, as we can only exchange items arriving back in original condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
